Publishing an automotive app only for a specific car manufacturer

I'm working on a media app for automotive OS and I'm wondering if the app can be distributed and visible only for a specific car manufacturer in app store?

If there are technical dependencies - you can refer to https://developer.android.com/google/play/filters to ensure that ONLY the right cars sees the app when you publish.
