Google Generic Automotive RVC System image in Android Studio

We are happy to bring you the following updates 

• Google Generic Automotive system RVC image now is available via Android Studio

  • Verify ($ adb shell ro.build.fingerprint) after AVD creation for the following build fingerprint Google/sdk_gcar_x86_64/generic_64bitonly_x86_64:11/RAG1.210602.001/7417002:user/release-key

Quick tips / known issues  

• Use the latest Android Studio canary version with these system images, since they are published in beta channel
