S23 preview freezes when zooming in ZSL mode

Hello

I've noticed that with S23 in ZSL mode, when zooming, the CameraXViewFinder freezes. If you zoom in minimize latency it is ok.

You can set the viewFinder to the required zoom factor when binding but then zooming in ZSL freezes the preview.

Hello Scott,

Here is a demo app of the bug. You can switch between standard mode and ZSL. When zooming in ZSL, the Preview freezes (but not in standard mode)

Only tested on Samsung S23

It seems I am getting something potentially similar: a crash when zooming on an S22 Ultra (SM-S908E, global variant) with Android 16. Cannot replicate on a US variant S22 Ultra. ZSL is not enabled.
