conda environment using different interpretor

my conda environment is using base conda python version rather than Python version in my conda environment. Is there a way to add python path in conda env?

I created conda environment without actually specifying the python version. I thought this might be the problem but I tried to create a environment with particular version but same occurred.

Do you have some leads?
