Why are the conda Qt libraries suffixed with _conda on Windows?

I'm trying create a shared library for both linux and windows that links with Qt5Core but on windows the conda install of Qt suffix all the dll's and lib's with _conda so that makes it completely useless in terms of linking against it. Is there anyway to override this or install qt from a different channel that doesn't do this?
