Problems with Installing into Anaconda

Hello, I am having problems when installing onto anaconda. When trying to install the latest Spyder update (5.1.5) or trying to install module like pyjama, flask and Numba it responds with the error - failed with initial frozen solve. Retrying with flexible solve.

If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated.
