Alliance Allele pages now display transgene alleles

Version 3.1 of the Alliance of Genome Resources website was released on July 1, 2020.

 

In addition to a refined Home Page, this release also features:

 

*Allele pages now display transgene alleles and show variant consequences for transcripts

*The Disease, Expression and GO ribbons were implemented in a new architecture that will ease implementation by other databases

*The search field now permits searching by HGVS name

*Swagger was upgraded from 1.x to 2.x and is now called OpenAPI
