Hello all!

The Ohio State University Libraries’ Teaching & Learning Department is currently piloting a Teaching Information Literacy Certificate program. The certificate program is completely free and available to any instructor, graduate teaching assistant, or librarian who is not affiliated with Ohio State. In order to earn the certificate, participants must attend 8 virtual workshops and submit an application which includes responses to four reflection questions.

Enrollment for the spring certificate program is now open.

If you are interested in completing the certificate, please follow these steps:

  1. Complete the following brief form: https://forms.office.com/r/WuK5VCkqd5
  2. Review the information on the Teaching Information Literacy Certificate page which outlines the requirements for completing the program
  3. Review the information on the Applying for the Teaching Information Literacy Certificate page
  4. Register for any of the spring workshops you are interested in: https://u.osu.edu/teachinginfolit/teaching-information-literacy-workshops/virtual-workshop-series/. We are excited to be offering 15 different workshops beginning in mid-January.

If you have any questions about the certificate program, please email LIB-...@osu.edu.

Best,

Jane
