As a member of the University Libraries’ leadership team, the CFAO supports strategic data-driven decision making, oversight, implementation, and management of all financial functions and associated procedures/policies (financial, human resources, administrative, and facilities) to maximize the quality, efficiency and impact of the Libraries. The CFAO leverages the Libraries’ public and private funds in order to build collections, support services, and optimize spaces to help realize the University’s Strategy. The CFAO will perform analyses and make recommendations that support the Dean in making future-oriented decisions about staffing, facilities, collections, and services. Finally, the CFAO will proactively produce reports to ensure that the Libraries are fulfilling the reporting requirements of accreditation agencies and library associations.
Position Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field, 1 year of management experience, 3 years of related work experience. *An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in related field
Pay Rate: The target salary for this position is $85,000 to $105,000 and is commensurate with the selected candidate’s education and experience while considering internal equity.
