Greetings ALAO,
I’m writing to request submissions for the March edition of the ALAO Newsletter. The deadline for submissions will be Monday March 9, 2026.
Consider submitting to the Notes from the Trenches column. Do you have an experience, best practice, project, or lesson learned that you'd like to share with your fellow ALAO members? How you or your library has handled a specific challenge or approached a project in an innovative way? This column can include best (or not-so-best with lessons learned) practices, innovative projects, philosophical, reflective, or individual experiences that our members may find interesting. Feel free to be creative with your approximately 400 word story (this can be flexible!). Any branch of librarianship, any level of library-affiliated positions, and LIS students welcome. If in doubt, please contact me and I’m happy to discuss it.
