Library Leadership Ohio (LLO) 2026.
The State Library of Ohio and OhioNet are collaborating to build on nearly 30 years of helping to develop hundreds of leaders serving in public, school, special, and academic libraries across Ohio and the nation. LLO supports great libraries by developing great leaders, offering exceptional programming centered on personal development, leadership values, and building strong professional networks.

• Location: Hocking Hills State Park Lodge & Conference Center, Logan, Ohio
• Facilitated by: OhioNet and the State Library of Ohio
• Applications opened: Wednesday, February 18
About the Program
Library Leadership Ohio 2026 will provide participants opportunities to
• examine personal strengths
• explore leadership styles and values
• set personal leadership development goals
• participate in peer mentorship
• cultivate wellbeing
• develop skills to thrive in today’s dynamic library environment
Who Should Apply
LLO welcomes staff working in public, school, special, and academic libraries. The selection committee is seeking individuals who demonstrate:

• passion for libraries
• willingness to explore their impact within their communities
