Library Services Supervisor at the College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services (CECH) Library (University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH)

 

The University of Cincinnati Libraries (UCL) is seeking a creative, service-driven team member who is passionate about library materials for children, committed to enhancing the user experience, and skilled in supervising and developing student associates.  

 

This position oversees core library operations for the College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services (CECH) Library at the University of Cincinnati. Key responsibilities include managing the Info Desk; responding to user inquiries and service requests; and ensuring the routine maintenance and organization of library collections and spaces. The role also promotes children’s and young adult collections by developing displays, exhibits, and engagement programming.   

 

Additionally, the Library Services Supervisor leads a team of library student associates, with responsibilities for hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
