            CIBB 2026: SUBMISSION DEADLINE EXTENDED

Dear CIBB Enthusiasts and Newcomers,

We are pleased to announce that the submission deadline for CIBB 2026 has been extended by 10 days. In the meantime, we are also pleased to confirm Nicola Segata (University of Trento) as our third invited speaker, joining Per Kragh Andersen and Marianna Rapsomaniki.

NEW SUBMISSION DEADLINE: May 13, 2026 (23:59 AoE)

All other dates and details remain unchanged.

CIBB 2026 will take place at Sapienza University of Rome from September 2 to 4, 2026. Authors of accepted papers will be invited to submit extended versions either to the Springer Lecture Notes in Bioinformatics (LNBI) series, or to one of the Special Issues of international journals associated with the conference. The conference features 27 Special Sessions covering a broad range of topics in bioinformatics, biostatistics, and medical informatics.
