Organized in conjunction with the 27th International Conference on Pattern Recognition, Kolkata, India, December 1-5, 2024 (https://icpr2024.org )
***In presence and on-line***
The workshop IMTA-IX-2024 is intended to cover, but it is not limited to, the following topics:
Important Dates
Workshop submission deadline: September 13, 2024
Workshop author notification: September 20, 2024
Early bird ICPR 2024 registration deadline: October 7, 2024
Workshop date: December 1, 2024
Final submission of accepted papers for publication*: October 1, 2024
The deadlines are fixed and will not be extended.
Workshop Proceedings
1. Proceedings will be published in a Special Issue “Proceedings of IMTA-IX-2024” of the International Journal of the Russian Academy of Sciences “Pattern Recognition and Image Analysis. Advances in Mathematical Theory and Applications” (PRIA, Vol. 34, No. 4, 2024)
* The texts of the papers will be published as they were submitted for review. So, we draw the authors' attention to the fact that all papers submitted in the period up to September 13 should be prepared strictly in accordance with Author Guidelines. If absolutely necessary, the authors could, after receiving the notification of acceptance of the paper for publication, make the minimum necessary changes to the text and submit the paper by October 1, however, this is highly undesirable.
2. After ICPR 2024, the extended texts of the papers presented at the IMTA-IX-2024, selected and recommended by the IMTA Committee, will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series. The corresponding notification will be sent to the authors in appropriate time.
Paper Submission
We invite submissions of papers describing work in the domains suggested above or in closely related areas.
The paper should be submitted in English via Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT):
https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/IMTAIX2024
The submitted paper should be at least 3 pages (page format - 1 column; font - Times New Roman, font size - 12, 30 lines, 60 characters per line (with spaces), 2 intervals). Maximum size of paper is not limited but should be reasonable. The recommended length is from 3 to 10.
When determining the size of the paper, please take into account that extended versions of the papers are planned to be published in the ICPR proceedings after the workshop by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.
Notice that:
1) Papers in which there will be inconsistencies with the rules for the author directed in the journal website will not be considered and reviewed.
2) Authors from the Russian Federation please note that papers must be submitted in English, despite the fact that the Russian language is specified in the rules on the journal site.
