We are excited to announce that the 18th International Conference on Statistical Analysis of Textual Data (JADT2026) will take place in Palermo, Italy, from 8 to 10 July 2026. The event is organized by StatPanorumus at the University of Palermo. 

Since 1992, JADT has been an international forum for scholars and researchers working on textual data analysis in its many forms, including (but not limited to):

•   natural language processing
•   text mining
•   lexicography
•   computational linguistics
•   sociolinguistics
•   political discourse analysis
•   content analysis

The deadline for 300-word abstract (in English, French, Italian, or Spanish; references, if any, excluded) submission is January 15, 2026.

Short papers (6–10 pages) must be submitted by March 15, 2026.

All contributions will undergo peer review and will be included in the program only after acceptance.

Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings (ISBN).
