We are pleased to invite submissions to the 4th Italian Workshop on Artificial Intelligence for Cultural Heritage (IAICH26), co-located with the 24th International Conference of the Italian Association for Artificial Intelligence AIxIA 2026, which will take place in Perugia (Italy) from 6 to 9 october 2026.

IAICH26 aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, professionals, policy makers, and stakeholders interested in the application of Artificial Intelligence to Cultural Heritage. The workshop promotes interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research on tangible and intangible cultural heritage, encouraging the use of AI models, methodologies, and tools for the study, preservation, documentation, accessibility, dissemination, and valorisation of cultural heritage.
The workshop also welcomes contributions addressing ethical, legal, societal, and sustainability issues related to the management, delivery, conservation, and public engagement of cultural heritage.

All papers must be written in English and formatted according to the CEUR-WS style proceedings guidelines.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least two members of the Program Committee and evaluated according to relevance, originality, significance, soundness, and clarity. The review process will be inspired by Open Science reviewing principles.
Accepted papers will be published in the CEUR-WS Proceedings in the AIxIA series, indexed by Scopus. At least one author of each accepted paper must attend the workshop and present the work.
Important dates
The workshop will include paper presentations, an invited talk, and a panel discussion.
