Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the Call for Papers for our NeurIPS 2026 workshop Foundations of LLM Post-Training in Changing Environments (FLLMPT).

If your research focuses on LLM post-training in evolving environments, we warmly encourage you to submit either a long paper (up to 8 pages) or a short paper (up to 4 pages).

Our goal is to bring together researchers from machine learning theory, reinforcement learning, statistics, and AI safety to advance the theoretical understanding of LLM post-training in changing environments. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • Preference feedback, RLHF
  • Robustness, valid inference, uncertainty quantification
  • Adaptive data collection and feedback loops
  • Adaptation mechanisms and limits
  • Non-stationary reinforcement learning

The workshop will take place in Paris, France, on 12th–13th December 2026.

More information about the workshop and the Call for Papers is available at: https://www.fllmpt-work.shop/
