Dear Colleagues,
We would like to invite submissions to the International Workshop on Data-Driven Decision-Making: Uncertainty and Reliable Decision-Making by Generative AI, to be held in conjunction with the International Joint Conference on Neural Networks 2026 (IJCNN 2026), part of WCCI 2026.
Venue: Maastricht, The Netherlands
Dates: June 21–26, 2026
Websitehttps://sites.google.com/view/ddm-genai-ijcnn26/
Scope
The workshop focuses on reliable and uncertainty-aware Generative AI methods, including probabilistic and Bayesian generative modeling, robustness, calibration, and decision-making applications beyond standard data synthesis. We particularly encourage contributions at the intersection of generative models, uncertainty quantification, and real-world applications.
Topics of interest include (but are not limited to):
  • Generative neural networks
  • Score-based, diffusion, and flow-based models
  • Generative AI for data-driven decision-making
  • Probabilistic and Bayesian generative modeling
  • Uncertainty-aware learning and control
  • Trustworthy, explainable, and reliable Generative AI
  • Applications of generative models beyond data synthesis
Special Issue Opportunity
Selected accepted papers will be invited to submit an extended version to a forthcoming Special Issue on Generative AI in the journal Information (MDPI).
Important Dates (Anywhere on Earth, UTC-12):
  • Paper submission deadline: 19 April 2026
  • Paper review deadline: 04 May 2026
  • Acceptance notification: 18 May 2026
  • Camera-ready deadline: 06 June 2026
Submission
We would appreciate it if you could share this call with interested colleagues.
Kind regards,
Emanuel Di Nardo
