The symposium welcomes contributions related to methodologies, models, and applications of intelligent systems, including (but not limited to):

           Explainable, interpretable, and transparent AI

           Fairness, accountability, ethics, and governance in AI

           Robust, reliable, and safe AI systems

           Privacy-preserving and secure AI

           Process Mining

           Autonomous and adaptive systems

           Financial services and cybersecurity

           Medicine and healthcare

           Manufacturing and intelligent maintenance

           Education and learning technologies

Special Issue – Journal of Intelligent Information Systems (JIIS, Springer)

Authors of the best papers (up to 17) accepted and presented at ISMIS 2026 will be invited to submit extended versions to the Special ISMIS 2026 Track of the Journal of Intelligent Information Systems (JIIS), published by Springer.
