The Italian group of Business Process Management of the the AIxIA (Italian Association for Artificial Intelligence) organizes a workshop on Process Management, Process Mining, and Process Analytics, co-located with the 24th International Conference of the Italian Association for Artificial Intelligence (AIxIA 2026), taking place in Perugia, 6–9 October 2026.
🎯 The goal is to bring the Italian community working on Process Management, Process Mining, and Process Analytics “under the same roof”.
The workshop is intended as a shared space to:
🔍 make our research activities more visible to one another
🤝 identify common interests
💡 foster new collaborations
Being co-located with AIxIA offers a valuable opportunity to connect process-related research with the broader Italian AI community, highlighting how our work can contribute to and benefit from current developments in Artificial Intelligence.
📝 Submissions are in the form of 5-page extended abstracts.
Reporting, summarizing, or positioning previous or ongoing work is very welcome. The goal is not to create an additional publication burden, but to encourage discussion, visibility, and collaboration across our community.

We look forward to seeing many contributions from colleagues working at the intersection of AI, Process Management, Process Mining, and Process Analytics.

🏛️ Instructions and proceedings
The extended abstracts must be written in English and follow the CEURART style using template and instructions provided on the CEUR's proceedings guidelines page (https://ceur-ws.org/HOWTOSUBMIT.html). Submitted papers will be evaluated by at least two members of the AI4PMMA International Program Committee. The workshop papers will be will be published as CEUR post-proceedings.
