The European Semantic Web Conference (ESWC) is a major venue for academic research and developments in the area of the Semantic Web and Knowledge Graphs. The 23rd edition will take place from May 10 to 14, 2026, in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
The ESWC 2026 Ph.D. Symposium is a forum for Ph.D. students working in all areas of Semantic Web and Knowledge Graph research to present their work, meet with peers and experienced researchers, receive feedback, and learn from each other’s experiences. It aims at supporting Ph.D. students to develop the skills required to conduct and promote their research, and providing them with an opportunity to attend one of the most important conferences in the Semantic Web area.
Important Dates
Submission deadline: February 13, 2026
Notification of acceptance: March 11, 2026
Revised version to the mentor: March 25, 2026
Mentor’s feedback on paper: April 8, 2026
Camera-ready final version: April 22, 2026
Draft presentation to mentor: April 29, 2026
Mentor’s feedback on the presentation: May 6, 2026
Ph.D. Symposium: May 11, 2026
