I currently have four media files on my glasses that are apparently junk because I never intentionally took any pictures or videos with them so I wanted to delete them. There didn't seem to be any options to delete the files so I figured that I could just download them then delete them from the gallery, but after several attempts, nothing was downloaded. So now I wonder, am I doing something wrong or is this feature not yet available?

hi,
Try finding the videos in your photos app and delete them from there and see if that takes them all out of the app. That may work.

OK, but don't they have to be downloaded first? I try to do the download and the last thing the app says is that it is searching for my glasses, then nothing and my glasses still have the media files on them.

hi,
I know it works. If you move them all to the folder that appears under the.echovision Album, 1 asset. in the photos app and then delete them from the app itself. It works. You may not have to go through all of that. You may be able to find them in the photos app and delete them from there and it may actually transfer over to the Agiga app. Not sure. I know if you move them you can delete them. But use that delete function is in the photos app not in the Agiga app. since other camera apps allow you to do it from the app without having to go through the Apple's photo app, I'm assuming that's something that's gonna be added at a later date. Remember all this stuff is a work in progress.

Well, those media files are gone but I didn't delete them. I tried to download the files again and this time the app flashed an error that said it couldn't save the files. Now the app says I have no media files on the glasses.

definitely a work in progress. But at least I think I finally solved the problem of the app always giving me a blank screen so that the only thing I could do was terminate it in the app switcher.
