AGIGA doesn't tout this as a feature, but my experience has been that it does okay with much handwriting in all three modes (scene description / Q&A, Live AI and Reading Mode).  Printed handwriting is easier and has less failures than cursive, since cursive style can vary wildly, but I've been impressed with the cursive writing that it can read.  As to a comparison with SeeingAI on this ... I don't have a comprehensive analysis on this, but my qualitative assessment is that they are on par with each other.
