Hi List,

On Monday  did all updates including firmware for echovision.

All went well.

Today, I put on the glasses, used live ai for a few minutes, removed glasses, folded and placed them on desk.

I came back a bit later and some podcast or something was playing through the glasses.

The phone was in my bedroom on the other side of the wall.

I had not touched the phone for hours.

I recognized what was playing,  a woman was doing some kind of marketing/crusade about a d h d.

I have no idea how got on to the phone  or how it started playing, unattended.

No, I have nothing  set to start automaticly or at any time.

I simply do not do these things.

I know, it is more of a phone thing than a glasses thing.

Cheers,

Monte Single

I have had a similar thing happen every since I got the EV glasses many months ago.  I've reported it with logs many times.  In my situations the last used media player commences from where it left off as if I had tapped the touchpad (the play / pause) gesture.  sometimes this happens when I have the glasses on but I am not interacting with the glasses in any way.  I have had it happen when my glasses are sleeping (I use wear detection) as you described.  Sometimes these phantom play presses happen when I have other glasses operations going or I'm initiating those operations.  It is all very random and happens when my finger has been no where near the touchpad.  It is all very frustrating.  And, like you this behavior only occurs when the EV glasses are connected.  Given that I conclude that the problem is centered in the glasses, not the phone.

Tom.
