Hello,

We would like to receive more information in order to proceed with ordering the Echovision glasses.
Could you please let us know if you ship within Europe, and what the pricing is depending on the available features?

I would also like to ask whether the Echovision glasses support the Albanian language?

Hi,

Currently, EchoVision only supports English. We do plan on supporting other languages in the future. Language support will depend and be prioritized by demand. 

Currently, we are concentrating on the North American market, with a more general North American rollout after our preorder customers are served. We do not have firm arrangements for international distribution channels, but we will be exploring those opportunities in the near future.

EchoVision Pioneer pre-orders are now closed as of Oct 29. 

We’re taking this time to review everything we learned from early supporters and finalize the next phase. If you’re interested in getting EchoVision in the future, stay tuned — we’ll share updates here and by newsletter.

Quick Question:

The email today had a form for individuals seeking to join the pioneer program.

 

Noticed that there was no option to select the color of the clip on lenses.  Is this correct?

Yes, currently, there’s only one style of clip on lenses.

I had a message from agiga earlier today  about  the next pioneers to get phone and there was a link in the message for the form.

Yes, I also received that email, apparently it was sent to all preorder customers including the 300 or so who already received their glasses.

Maybe I’ll fill it out again and see if Agiga sends me a second set of EchoVision glasses 🤣

Well for whatever it might be worth, I never applied for the pioneer program, but I did make a pre-order. And I did not get an email. Not sure what that means.

Initially, the first 300 pre-order customers who applied for the pioneer group received glasses. Most of them were delivered before Christmas, I think maybe a few into the new year if people asked for prescription lenses.
If you pre-ordered it and did not sign up for the Pioneer program then I assume you will get glasses when the final public release version is ready which most likely will be into April or May at this point.
You would have to contact Agiga directly and ask if you can still get the pioneer version of the glasses, but remember that they are not going to be as good as the final version, it is basically a beta product.

When in doubt of your status relative to these things send an email to sup...@agiga.ai or con...@agiga.ai.  Buddy and Amy are pretty good at helping get these sort of things sorted.  Clearly expalain your situation and what you want.  Just be patient though as they have quite the workload with the Pioneer program underway.
