Jenny, I am not sure if you'll get a USB-C cable with the glasses, I assume you probably may, but I doubt a wall adapter is included.
Given that the USB-C form factor is very much the current and future standard for charging and data transfer, I highly recommend to invest the relatively small amount it takes to pick up a few USB-C cables on Amazon. Personally I have quite a few from a short 6 inches which is great if you want to connect an iPhone to an external battery, to 2 feet, 3 feet and 6 feet. You should make sure they are capable of at least 100 Watts power delivery in case you want to use the cable to charge a laptop now or in the future.
And another item which is very useful these days is either a travel-sized or desktop USB-C charger. The travel size versions are basically like the old USB wall adapters which came with iPhones many years ago except you can get them with 1, 2, 3 or even 4 ports. If they have multiple ports, e.g. 3 ports, you typically have 1 old-style USB-A plug for the regular large USB plugs and then you have 2 USB-C plugs. I recommend Anker as a brand, but UGreen and other brands also make good ones. Again, make sure that the charger can deliver at least 100 Watts of power, 140 is even better because this means you typically get 100 Watts from 1 of the USB-C ports and the remaining 40 Watts can be delivered from the other 2 ports. This allows you to fast charge pretty much any Windows laptop these days, as far as I know only newer Mac laptops can fast charge at 140 Watts, most Windows laptops actually use 65 Watts. The travel chargers are about the size of a deck of cards or an old cassette tape, but more square than rectangular and thicker, they are also quite heavy and you want to make absolutely sure they use GaN technology. That stands for Gallium Nitrate and it basically means that a relatively small charger can deliver a lot of power and do so without overheating. This is also what makes them so heavy. The one thing I don't like about many of these travel chargers is the fact that they typically have a folding prong which you fold out to plug it into the wall, but it's usually on the narrow side and especially in hotels you sometimes have outlets where the receptacle is maybe a bit worn out and because of the weight they sometimes don't stay plugged in very well.
If you opt for a desktop charger, you can get many with 4 or even 6 USB plugs, again, typically 1 or 2 are USB-A, the rest are USB-C and here Anker makes a 200 Watt model and even a 240 Watt model and I have seen other brands which can deliver up to 500 Watts, but for most people that is overkill. The form factor here is basically a small box, kind of like an Appl TV with the USB-ports in the front and in the back a regular power cable connects which you plug into the wall. Think of it a little bit like a small square power bar. These often way at least a pound or maybe even a bit more and while they are small and you could bring them along in a backpack or suitcase when traveklling, they are more designed as something you set up in a convenient place in your home and then leave it there.
Often nowadays regular power bars also have a couple of USB ports, but they are typically not delivering all that much power, certainly enough for charging Ray-Ban Meta glasses or the EchoVision glasses, headsets, keyboards, Bluetooth speakers and other accessories and they may deliver 15 or even 25 Watts which means they would do a reasonably good job charging an iPhone, but they would not be suitable for charging a laptop. I always recommend a dedicated GaN charger whether travel or desktop format. Both the USB-C cables and the power adapters/chargers are pretty much one-time investments which will serve you for many years to come and with USB-C you never have to worry about plugging something into the wrong port because even if you plug a headset which can charge at a maximum of 5 Watts into a 140 Watt capable USB-port on such a charger, the headset will only draw what it can take. Sort of like filling a bottle with a small opening from a fire hose, you'll spill a lot of water, but only what can fit through the small bottle opening will go into the bottle. And as I said, the USB-C standard is here to stay at least for the foreseeable future and pretty much any device these days and certainly future devices will use USB-C charging. This is also the reason why so often nowadays no cable and certainly no wall adapter are included when you buy an accessory. To a large extend the European Union is what forced companies including finally Apple to switch to USB-C because it means there will be a lot less proprietary cables and in turn this means a lot less waste. As far as I am concerned, I'd be perfectly happy if I never received another headset, speaker, keyboard or anything else which has a cable in the box. Usually these are cheap cables which will only deliver lower wattage and I'd much rather have my 3 or 4 cables permanently plugged into my desktop charger whichg can charge anything from my laptop to my headset or keyboard.
