Thank you very much for this live recording of your webinar. It has raised a few additional questions one of which has a major importance to myself. The major question is I am located in the United Kingdom and I do not have any way of getting this product shipped by anybody else in the US. When will you be shipping direct from the US to the UK and how will that work?

Secondly, are you planning on partnering with the WhatsApp application to enable the live video feed from a family friend rather than a paid for subscription member?

Lastly, what provision will there be initially for making the glasses fit each person's face probably? In other words will there be any adjustability built into the frames or will it be provided with various add-ons to make that work?

A: You're very welcome! Glad you found it helpful and  useful.

Q: It has raised a few additional questions one of which has a major importance to myself. The major question is I am located in the United Kingdom and I do not have any way of getting this product shipped by anybody else in the US. When will you be shipping direct from the US to the UK and how will that work?
A: People in the UK and other parts of the world have pre-ordered and will be using a third-party forwarding service to get it for US to their local address in their home country.

Q: Secondly, are you planning on partnering with the WhatsApp application to enable the live video feed from a family friend rather than a paid for subscription member?
A: EchoVision supports both AIRA professional trained agent and Be My Eyes volunteer. Thank you for the feature request for video calling personal friends and family, which we'll consider.

Q: Lastly, what provision will there be initially for making the glasses fit each person's face probably? In other words will there be any adjustability built into the frames or will it be provided with various add-ons to make that work?
A: It's one medium size that fits most. We'll have different nose and arm pads to make for a more secure and snug fit, and neck lanyard that connects onto back of arm to prevent it from slipping off/falling.
