Hi All,

 

I just got my Pioneer glasses.  My glasses are the dark ones so I did not have the magnetic sun glass in my box.

 

Also, I am unable to connect to my hotspot when I do not have WI-FI.

Hi Ms. Manosh,

 

I too received my EchoVision glasses and they too were the dark lenses. The magnetic lenses aren’t anywhere in the box. You will find them inside of the glass case. They will be in front of the glasses on their own slot.

As for the hotspot, I’m sure you know that you must have your “Settings” app opened and “Personal HotSpot” selected before connecting your EchoVision. Or at least for me. Also, my hotspot didn’t appear right away. I had to back out of the Wi-Fi settings of the EchoVision app, and go back in it a couple of times before my hotspot was detected among the rest of the Wi-Fi networks available. So you may wish to have the app scan for your hotspot a couple of times to see if it finally appears for you.

Hello Blind Educator,

 

Thank you for your message.  Yes, I looked in my case as I figured that is where they would be.  However, they are not in the case.  As for my hotspot, yes my settings was open and hotspot turned on.  I tried several times and each time it just said please wait processing.  It would not connect.  I waited for 15 – 30 minutes and it would not connect.  I’m meeting with customer support today so hopefully I can get it connected.
