Yes, I went so far as to remove the echovision app from the iphone, install a fresh echovision from the app store, but echovision refuses to accept the new password.
Tried several times to use new password, but no joy.
I’m stuck.
And I’m not very good doing such things on iphone so will wait a whil till friend comes around.
Here in Saskatoon, the original Toontown, the weather is now entering a 4-5 day minus 40 event so it may take some days to get help with the current situation.
Plus I need some help getting the email on my iphone working so I can try the link that Amy from the agiga help team sent me

Hi Amy,
I thought by removing the old echovision app and installing a fresh copy, I would have been starting with a clean slate.
Am I missingsomething?
Very likely. Ha ha.

And how exactly do you do this? I assume you mean you have to forget the network in the EchoVision app. Just out of curiosity I tried this, I put on my glasses to make sure they were active, thenI went to Settings > Wifi and it showed my work Wi-Fi as “Connected”. I double tapped on this, I did a double tap and hold, I tried to swipe up o rdown to see if there were any rotor actions, but nothing produced any result.I assume you could do a factory reset on the glasses and then start over from scratch, but it would certainly be good if one could forget a network or re-enter its password.
Monty, I assume you may want to simply reset your glasses to factory settings, this should hopefully prompt you to reconnect to a network.
My question, however, is , why did you change the the password to your Wi-Fi network in the first place? Is this a router you own or equipment your Internet Service Provider has provided?
How can you forget the network, can you please provide instructions since for me double tapping on the connected network did nothing.
Hi there,
Are you referring to connecting the WiFi to your glasses or your phone? If you are referring to wanting to connect the glasses to the phone. The only way I have found to edit a network or device that has been previously connected to the EchoVision glasses is to reset to factory defaults. Unfortunately, currently AGIGA doesn’t allow the end user to delete or edit any connected devices or networks through the EchoVision app. The only way to do so, is by resetting the glasses. Or, what you can try to do and I myself haven’t tried this. So it may work, but yet, it may not. Is under the EchoVision app, go to settings, then to wi-fi and have it scan for networks. Select the same network that you are wishing to change the password to and see if it prompts you to enter the new password. If so and you’re able to rejoin the network. You are good to go. If not, the factory reset will be currently your best and may be only option. Hope this helps.

Hi,
I had to change the password for my wifi network.
I go to the echovision app but it will not accept new password for old network.
How do I do a factory reset for the glasses?
Thx,
Monte Single
I tried this and it does not give you any options if you tap on an already connected network, i.e. you can’t forget it nor can you enter a new password.
To factory reset the glasses:
1 make sure the glasses are active
2 from the EchoVision app go to settings
3 go into device manager
4 select factory reset
5 you now are ready to setup your glasses
hope this helps.
OK, I will give your directions to do a factory reset a try.
Thanks,
