No, but you do need to use the same email you used when purchasing the glasses. The email to create the EchoVision account, needs to be the same one or at least registered with AGIGA. If you are using a different email, you won’t be able to create an account. If you forgot which email you used, or wish to change the email address. You will need to call or write to support asking them to change emails for you, or ask them to remind you which email you used. Make sure you type the email correctly as well.
