Yo

I've been trying to create an EchoVision account with my email ID, but everytime I try to create an account I get an allertr about there NOT being a paid user with that email ID. Do I have to wait for the glasses to arive before I can create said account? I was hoping to have an account setup before my pair arived.

No, but you do need to use the same email you used when purchasing the glasses. The email to create the EchoVision account, needs to be the same one or at least registered with AGIGA. If you are using a different email, you won’t be able to create an account. If you forgot which email you used, or wish to change the email address. You will need to call or write to support asking them to change emails for you, or ask them to remind you which email you used. Make sure you type the email correctly as well.

Fortunately, I figured out why I can't make the account. My pair comes free of charge from my dad's close contact :). We just sent in my email to create the account today. I guess it'll take a while before that email gets bound to an account :). I can be real thick at times LOL.
