Be My Eyes groups and Be My Eyes service directory integration

Since the Meta glasses already support this option, when might we see Agiga embrace the Be My Eyes groups, and Be My Eyes service directory integration?
Sometimes, we need to call friends and family, to take care of tasks that out of a more private or personal nature, we do not want to call a volunteer for those things.
The service directory is also a cool thing, so that we can call other companies and get assistance while using our glasses camera.
So, since we already support Be My Eyes on a basic level, when might we be able to expect Be My Eyes to embrace groups and service directories, all from within the Agiga EchoVision glasses?

That has been discussed, Agiga said that Be My Eyes has to allow them full access and they haven't done that yet. She suggested it would be good if many EchoVision customers would email Be My Eyes and ask that EchoVision would support all aspects of the service. Unfortunately apparently one person who did so received a reply from Be My Eyes which indicated it was Agiga's fault and if they are blaming Agiga where it si them who haven't allowed them access to the service, then that is of course a shitty thing to do.
