Hi EchoVision supporters,

At AGIGA, our mission to enhance the EchoVision experience remains our constant priority. Today, we're sharing an operational update that supports this commitment.

We confirm that Kevin Chao's engagement with AGIGA has concluded on Dec 5, 2025. We thank him for his contributions and wish him the best in his future endeavors.

Our focus remains steadfast on refining the EchoVision experience, and we're thrilled to share that our team is growing!

Many of you already know them: Please welcome Sammie Shipman and Buddy Brannan as our Customer Support and Training Specialists. They are here to ensure you get the most out of your EchoVision experience.

You can reach Sammie and Buddy during office hours (Monday to Friday, 7am-11am, 12pm-4pm)
