My glasses arrived yesterday and while I do understand that EchoVision is still in beta, I am finding the performance disappointing. So far the glasses have not completed most of what is it is supposed to. For example when they are turned on they are supposed to announce the battery's condition or charge level but it never gets past saying battery before it gets interrupted and goes silent, even the reason for the interruption is silent. I tried a suggestion to mute the microphone so that live AI could finish its scene descriptions but then I could never get the microphone to unmute so I could ask it something. then after about 30 seconds live AI simply stopped talking in the middle of a sentance. After a little fussing around I discovered that the glasses had turned themselves off even though there was still plenty of energy left in the batteries. As I continued working with the glasses I found that this spontaneous turning off wasn't an isolated event because it happened several more times. In frustration I turned them off and put them back in their case. I know these are beta or test versions but I would have thought that show stopping issues like this would have been resolved before they were sent to customers. I will continue to try to work with these but don't expect to get anything done until they are a whole lot more reliable than they are now.

> Well, I am now waiting on support to get back to me. My glasses have completely died. No power even connected directly to a USBC cable and trying to power them on. They did turn on when I powered them on after taking them out of the case, but I knew something was wrong since it did not do its normal startup routine, and I was only getting sound out of the left ear. Now, nothing.

I did find though that the app said the WIFI password I was using was incorrect a couple of times when it was in fact correct. The only thing so far that I would like to see fixed is that the voice during Live AI is scratchy.
