Due to continued interest from the community, we are happy to announce a further expansion of the Pioneer Program to new customers.
Immediate Inventory: We have a limited stock of pioneer devices available for immediate purchase. Unlike pre-orders, these units will ship within one week of purchase with the exception of any orders requiring prescriptions.
Invitation-Only Access: To properly manage the onboarding of new users, this phase will be Invitation-Only. All current pre-order holders, regardless of whether they opted in for pioneer devices, will receive an invitation code to share within their network.
New Member Perk: Individuals who join the program via an invitation code will receive six months of our premium subscription at no cost, plus a free upgrade to the V1 device within 12 months.
Where to find the invitation code: We sent a separate, dedicated email to all current pre-order holders yesterday with the subject line: "Your Referral Code to Welcome Extended Pioneers Is Here". This email contains your unique code and instructions on how to share it with friends or family.
