I did get the email, click on the link and completed the form to be a pioneer user. Should I have received some sort of confirmation email afterwards because if so, I did not.

It sounds like this is the fee related to the yes or no question on the shipping form regarding agreeing to ship-out via Fed-Ex. Hello, I paid for my EchoVision glasses on 08-31-2025. I paid the $599 and received an a voice that said i was paid in full. Yesterdayday I received an email that states that I owe an additional $19.99. What is this fee for? Was there a fee for being one of the Pioneers? If so that was not mentioned anywhere. I would like some clarification on this additional charge and possibly get it reversed.
