If I understand correctly what I have heard about it, you are sent an invitation to join the pioneer's list when you get your pioneer's edition glasses. It is then up to you to decide whether to join the list or not. Joining is not automatic.

Haley, I don't believe there is a pioneer's email list. There's a pioneer list of people that are participating in the pioneer because they've ordered the glasses early. That's what I've gathered from watching this list.

Ok, I got my pioneers glasses and set them up today.
