No success creating account (still)

Has anyone been successful in using the EchoVision app to register and
create an account?

I paid the full amount for the pioneer program back on October 13. But,
I still cannot create an account (get "Registration Error - the email
does not match any paid user".  I had thought any issues would have been
corrected by this past Monday (1110).  But, I have tried many times
since then with no success.  Emails to AGIGA support have gone unanswered.

Hoping to hear some feedback on this in this forum.

Yes I have. Be sure to use the same email address you used when you ordered the glasses.

I went back to the initial email that gave me my initial receipt for payment. Found out what account that was under. It's not the same as this list. It found me. I was one of the initial 300. I don't know if that would make any difference.

I'm going to have to try that number. I've written them twice
and got the usual, thanks for your note, we'll get back to you.
My problem is I have changed email address, but I can't of course
register using that one. When I try and log inusing my old
email, it says email or password isn't right. I can't do the
forgot password because that email isn't good any more.

In your situation I think the only thing you can do is call them.

OK, there are two different phone numbers here, different by one digit either a nine or a six. Which is it and where did you find it?

The number with the 9 is what I posted. I also copied it, but I grabbed it from the website where it is easily found under the “about us” link.

I have found the same issue this morning. I am not overly concerned, since I do not yet have my glasses. I do hope that this issue will be resolved by the time I receive tem.
