Hi, I myself was about to ask about the Pioneers’ mailinglist to see if it was still a thing. Since, someone mentioned it earlier today, it’s safe to assume that the Pioneers who receive and activate their glasses get added automatically. Since that is not a general public mailinglist that anyone may join. As stated on the last official email from AGiga when the Pioneers were invited to attend the last webinar on October. Right before the glasses were suppose to begin shipping. Or at least, I hope this still the thing and thank you for the person who mentioned about the Pioneers’ MailingList. I thought that it wasn’t a thing any more since it hasn’t been talked about from AGIGA and almost all about the glasses have been mentioned or demonstrated either on here or the WhatsApp group.

If that's the case, I withdraw my request for the pioneer's edition mailing list. I'll be on it next week.

Maybe call Agiga customer support just to make sure. So many scammers out there right now. Just please use extreme caution.

I've gotten texts before to let me know a package is arriving that I need to sign for. Nothing about invoices or charges. I would treat that robo call with caution.

If you are in the United States, then I agree because beyond what you paid for shipping, they will not be any further charges. However, I am also in Canada and I received an email from Agiga in which they informed me that I might incur duty or brokerage charges and if that is the case, I should let them know and they would refund those to me. So in our case, an invoice could be very relevant.

I suspect that the invoice part has to do with any sort of customs fees, as Monty is in Canada. Those wouldn’t be from Agiga. Thanks for alerting though, as I will go find out what our plans are for those kinds of charges, if there are any.

Ah. Thanks for that. I thought that this was the case, and expected that this is what Xiaoran and co. would have told me, but I’m glad to hear that this is what was already communicated to you.
