Thank you to our event sponsors, chapter sponsors and individual members who made USMC IT Day such a great success last Wednesday.
The next event on the Chapter calendar will be held this Thursday, April 24, 2014. We are very fortunate to be hosting General Keith Alexander, US Army (Ret.), the former Commander of US Cyber Command, NSA Director and Chief, Central Security Service. This event will be held at the Globe and Laurel Restaurant, 3987 Jefferson Davis Highway in Stafford. General Alexander will be joined by: BGen Kevin Nally, Director, C4, Headquarters USMC and USMC CIO; Dr. Ron Ross from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST); and the incomparable Major Rick Spooner, USMC (Ret.). All proceeds from this event will benefit the Wounded Warrior Cyber Combat Academy (WWCCA).
