New Zoom Issue?

Today, while co-hosting and speaking/presiding, a new issue came up.  When I turned off screen sharing the second time, the window with images of participants had disappeared.  I tried the usual ways to find it -- Alt-tab and minimizing the other windows, checking all the settings possible,  but the view didn't come back until we went into breakout rooms.  I looked for the setting on the chat window to re-attach it to the view window, and that setting was not there. So the people were just gone for a while.

Any ideas what new methods we need to do to find the participants if this happens?

Was there not a mini-window that shows just one person?  That sometimes happens to me, and I have to manually maximize to get the meeting back.

I'm used to finding that mini window.

That the chat and participants popout windows did not have an option to attach to a view window was unusual.
