Bergen Society's Zoom settings

Here's a link to the Zoom settings that we're using.  The salient points are:

• Always using a password and we won't post our Zoom URLs on public-facing social media - outsiders have to email us and ask for it
• Join before host is disabled (I think everyone agrees on this)
• We are using Waiting Rooms (much discussion back and forth on this question)

As you can see, the new Zoom defaults, released the other day, mirror these settings.

I am really fantastically pissed off that Zoom has force-enabled passwords for already-scheduled meetings. It is a huge annoyance for us and seems to me contrary to good customer service practices. GRRRRRR.
