At NYSEC we are starting an open Living Room by opening a Zoom meeting and leaving it open every day for three to four hours on a regular schedule - at, say, 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. every day facilitated by volunteers from the Caraing Committee.  People can stop by, see who's in and stay and chat, as well as leave when they want to.  Instead of a called and scheduled meeting, where there may be too many people for an informal chat, this open, unstructured meeting should have just a few people at a time and will enable those who appear to chat among themselves.

TOPIC: Open Living Room at NYC VIA Small Group ZOOM

Avi/Cafe Twin Conversation at Fairfax County, VA:

Very Interesting Idea.  Thanks for sharing !

But specially for NYC for the next 30 Days, Maintaining "Social Distancing" & For Kids & Elderly in
  •  a family, having "Face Mask + Goggles for Eyes or Conservative "Islamic" Women's Dress Code for Abundant Caution as "Social Etiquette" during this emergency

  • For us here in Fairfax County, may be , we could do thiis as what Arlington County Public Library is doing, a "restricted area" with 6 FEET Social Distance where people could bring in their laptop, and access internet using Wi-Fi available at the library.
Great Idea !  Thanks, I

Will look forward to your feedback on the implementation plan at NYC & Brooklyn also perhaps !
