Zoom Updates 4/8/2020

Please note that Zoom has issued another update to its software.  You should get a reminder when you open your Zoom app.  If not, go to Zoom.us and find the downloads.

The biggest obvious change is the new Security icon on the host's window.  This support page illustrates and explains it:

Basically, they took the key settings to control Zoom bombing and other intrusions, and put them in one place, so the host can respond quickly.

I'm not clear what other security changes were made; perhaps others of you can post replies if you know of anything that is a relevant change.

This one is really helpful:  a single point to access all the security settings.  Thanks for this update, Jone.  They even added a (fairly intrusive) link to remind one to subscribe to these updates directly from Zoom.  I did.
