Hello,
Falling back on a shotgun approach, hoping someone still has an email address from when trackit was contributed to R. I tried Tim first because he was the most recent previous communication I had with any of the contributors.

Subject: trackit
Hi Tim,
I am attempting to run trackit on a bunch of tags that were previously run through kfsst, and the url for trackit is not working (proxy error 502). So I already have downloaded sst data from the kfsst runs. I am getting an error running prepit:
prepit(lightdata56395, fix.first=c(-53.33,44.3795,2005,9,10,0,0,0), fix.last=c(-43.18,40.68,2005,11,23,0,0,0),
scan = TRUE, window = c(0.05, 0.01),
tmpfile = "input.dat", datfile = "ukf.dat",
keepfiles = c(TRUE, TRUE), internal = TRUE, sst=sstfile56395,
from.ystr=c(4,7), from.dstr=c(8,10), to.ystr=c(12,15), to.dstr=c(16,18),
localsstfolder="C:\\Users\\gmark\\sharks\\RunStage3\\RSD12n56395")

It looks like it might be going to the ‘cloud’ without success. The last portion of input.dat looks like:
