New GotoMeeting Information for Specification and Conformance Working Group Meetings

Hi all -

We have our GotoMeeting and GotoWebinar back up and running.  I changed these meetings over to GotoMeetings as they are a bit better at allowing collaboration from everyone.  If we start to hit the limit of attendees, I can change it to a GotoWebinar.

The meeting schedule will stay the same:

• xAPI Spec Technical Working Group Meeting - 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, 2:30-3:30 (Eastern)
  
• xAPI Conformance Testing Meeting - 2nd Wednesday of each month, 2:30-3:30 (Eastern)
