New Link for xAPI Spec Meetings

Hello xAPIers,

It's been another year of xAPI meetings, which means that is everyone's favorite event - the GoToMeeting re-register!  As the software only allows 50 sessions, this becomes a necessary evil.  The new registration link is https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/5526804432322315009

Note that we will not meet until July 12 as many ADLers are taking the 5th off and we'll still have the 3rd Wednesday to discuss the xAPI Spec issues, which have been light as of late.

I'll send this again closer to that date as a reminder to register.
