Description:
Data model elements such as the raw, min, max and scaled scores cannot
be set back to the unknown state after being set. In the SCORM
environment, there is no way to remove a score value once it has been
set.

Recommendation:
The score data model elements’ data types are real(10,7). If an
“” (empty string) was added to the accepted data type, it could serve
as a means to reset the element to the unknown state.

Impacts:
Existing SCORM Content: None

Existing SCORM LMS Impact: Implement the “reset” functionality for
content that uses the new feature

Discussion:

1. What is the use case?
A: The content doesn't complete normally.

2. Does it make sense to track iterations?

Knowing the whole cycle is important and needs to be tracked when
something is reset.

Agree there are multiple use cases. There should be some consistency
that needs to be addressed.
