I'm the project manager for a blockchain company here in the US. We are in the food grade transportation industry where the FDA has a thing called FSMA 204 causing many plants in the US to have traceability by Jan. 2026. I've never been a full on developer but I've programmed this and that throughout my adult life. It seems that your system would be perfect for a "blockchain type" of approach to tracking each machine in a food operation where each step of the way can be logged immutably and traced lager if needed.
I have a new dairy operation we are going to be starting a pilot with and they are interested in having some type of (let's just call it an MES) system where they can begin logging each step of their products.
Question: Since you are now open source, would it be free for me to code up something that might work for them and give it a shot? Again, I'm not a pro developer but I understand the benefits of IPFS, blockchain and eliminating paper.
Thanks!
