MOSA Certified Organic is seeking a Certification Director to provide strategic leadership for our certification program and help advance our mission of promoting organic integrity through practical, reliable, and friendly certification services.
As Certification Director, you will lead MOSA's certification department, ensuring certification services are accurate, timely, consistent, and compliant with USDA National Organic Program requirements. Working closely with the Executive Director and organizational leaders, you'll guide department strategy, develop and support high-performing leaders, strengthen certification systems, and foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
This position serves on MOSA's Executive Leadership Team and plays an important role in organizational planning, policy development, and strategic decision-making.

Salary Range: $92,500-$107,600 DOE
