Certification Team Leader- Crop/Livestock

Are you an experienced organic certification professional with a passion for developing people and leading high-performing teams? MOSA is seeking a Certification Services Team Leader to lead and support one of our Certification Teams while ensuring high-quality certification services and exceptional client support. 

In this role, you'll combine your technical expertise in organic certification with your leadership skills to coach and support certification staff, oversee team workflows, ensure compliance with the National Organic Program (NOP), and drive continuous improvement across our certification program. Working collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity and quality of MOSA's certification services while supporting the growth and success of your team.

This position is fully remote. Applicants must reside in one of the following states: Florida, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, or Wisconsin.

Salary Range: $66,200-$77,000 DOE
